Ready, Set, Register! New Registration System for After School and Expanded Learning Programs

We are moving to a new system called AfterSchool HQ (AHQ) to manage our Expanded Learning programs.

Instead of paper forms or juggling different systems, you will use AHQ to:

• Register your child for activities.
• Check your students in and out.
• Sign forms and permission slips online.
• Manage who is authorized to pick up your child.

How to set up your account

Good news: An account has already been created for parents using the email address we have on file from Q Parent Connection. You just need to create a password to get started.

1. Set your password: Go to https://afterschoolhq.com/login/resetpassword and enter your email.
2. Log in: Once your password is set, you can log in at https://afterschoolhq.com/login.
3. Check your details: Your student’s information should already be linked to your account. If you need to update your main contact info, please contact your school directly to update your information in Q.
